Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If an order is out of stock or on backorder, we will email you to notify you. You will be given the option for a refund or to wait until the product is ready.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All shipping is included in the price, so everything is FREE shipping.

In-store pickup

Currently, there are no local in-store pickup options available.

International Shipping

We do NOT offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Include a link for customers to track their order if available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
